Promotional SAWA material
From this page you can download promotional SAWA material to assist us in awareness raising and fund raising.
Leaflets in PDF format
for reproduction on personal printers or through commercial printers. The three leaflets are designed to be printed on A4 paper for tri-folding. Each leaflet comes with a front and back page.
To produce correct layout, with front and back in the correct position, the print setup (Windows) or page setup (MacOS) has to be defined as A4 without margins. Select Custom Size and set the following: width 20.99 mm, height 29.70 mm, left, right, top and bottom margins 0.00 mm. With most printers this will still leave a narrow margin around the printed page, but front and back will be correctly positioned and the leaflet can be folded without the need to cut it back to size.
The leaflets have very faint markings to indicate the folds. They can be used to find the correct folds initially; after the first leaflet is folded it is easier to get the correct line-up for folding by checking the position of the paper border against underlying text.
The available leaflets are:
- The generic SAWA leaflet. This leaflet should be used to promote SAWA generally, for example at public events without a specific fundraising object.

- The Hewad High School leaflet. This leaflet should be used in fundraising activities when the declared aim of the activity is to raise support for Hewad High School.

- The Vocational Training Centre leaflet. This leaflet should be used in fundraising activities when the declared aim of the activity is to raise support for the Vocational Training Centre.

- Inserts for the leaflets. These inserts are in the format 1/3 A4 and can be slipped into any of the available leaflets. They contain personal stories from women at the Vocational Training Centre and students at Hewad High School and help people to understand what it means for poor and uneducated women and students to receive an education through SAWA's support. The following inserts are available for download (All are in A4 format with three identical inserts per page):

Membership application forms
If colour printed leaflets are not feasible you can download a simple black and white membership application / donation form in two versions. The PDF version is the standard form with the national SAWA address. If you want to replace the national address by the address of a local group you can download the Word version and change the text on the form accordingly.
